  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Rhubarb, diced
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Large egg
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Diced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar

  • In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk sugar, oil, milk, egg, and vanilla until combined.
