  • ½ pound grapes
  • 1 cup cherries optional
  • 3-5 mandarin oranges optional
  • 1 cup pistachios optional
  • 1 cup mixed nuts optional

  • 6 mini baby Bel cheese unwrapped, or other desired cheese
  • ½ French baguette

  • After that, add the fruit. Once more, cut the fruit into halves or slices and put them all together. A big bunch of grapes looks better than a few grapes spread out in different places. Cut some of the smaller berries and figs in half, then add them to the board in groups.
  • Put in some small bowls for things like olives, pickles, jams, and so on, and then fill them up.
  • Put your crackers or bread back together in groups.
    Fruit and Cheese Board Recipe
  • Put any meat you want in the middle of the fruit and cheese.
  • Add extra fruit (berries work well for this) and nuts to fill in any gaps, then serve.

Notes

  • Cheese: You are welcome to include your preferred cheese, such as blue cheese, gouda, aged cheddar, or brie.
  • Fruit: Dried fruit like cranberries, figs, and apricots work well as well as pears.
  • Spread: A little honey, fig spread, jam, or pepper jelly never goes wrong.
  • Chocolate: Dark chocolate goes well with fruit and cheese and is often a solid choice.
  • Garnishes: Use some fresh flowers, mint leaves, or rosemary sprigs to liven up your dish and add some more color.

How Should the Cheeses Be Prepared and Arranged on The Board?

Slice the smoked gouda and creamy Havarti into thin, even slices, and either cut the herb goat cheese log into rounds or leave it whole for a rustic look. Arrange the gouda and Havarti on opposite sides of the board and place the goat cheese log or rounds in the center.
