Cinco de Mayo Chicken Flatbread

I call this recipe Cinco de Mayo Flatbread, but, of course, you do not have to wait until May 5th to enjoy the flavors of this tasty appetizer. It is so easy to make. I used purchased salsa and flatbread, pan fried the chicken, and it was ready in about 20 minutes! As a matter of fact, you might consider serving this flatbread as an entree for lunch or dinner! One thing is for definite. No matter when you eat it, you are going to love it!

Flatbreads are so versatile. When I watch Chopped, I always think they should make a flatbread :) Love this flavorful version.
