Pork Meatball Mini Sub
(makes 9-10 sandwiches)

3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic-diced
28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
1/2 pound Ground Pork
1/4 pound Hamburger
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Egg
1/8 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/8 cup Traditional Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan
1-1 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Shredded fresh Mozzarella
Mini Sub Rolls
Heat the olive oil and crushed garlic together in a large pot on medium heat.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, hamburger, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, Italian bread crumbs, traditional bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese. Add oil to a frying pan. Heat pan to medium. Use a scoop and form meatballs. As you form them, place the meatballs in the pan to brown. Spin meatballs around until they are brown. Add to sauce to finish cooking.
