1/3 cup Honey

1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
Honey Bun Glaze
Honey Bun Glaze
2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1/3 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
I used a mini bundt pan for this recipe. The most important
part is getting the pan prepped correctly, so here is how I do it:
Take a new, small paint brush and load it with some
shortening, like Crisco. Then "paint" the shortening
onto the inside of the pan. Make sure you get in to all
the little crevices.
Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of flour in each little bundt.
Flip over to empty and see what you have.
If there are any places that you want covered better, just
dab a little more crisco with your brush , sprinkle with flour,
empty the flour, and you should be good.
Make your Honey Bun filling by mixing together the honey,
light brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
Fill the little bundts with just enough batter
to cover the bottom.
Spread some of the filling over the batter.
Swirl the filling around so it mixes with the batter.
Add a second layer of batter.
Then add more filling and swirl it around as you just did.
Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Loosen the edges with a toothpick and let cool.
Make your glaze by combining the confectioner's sugar,
milk and vanilla. Whisk together.
Pour glaze over the bundt cake. It will soak in and
taste incredible!
